Weather truly makes all the difference and we were truly fortunate to have absolutely beautiful weather! The kayak tour was a long stretch of about 6 miles that took about three hours. The caves were absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I were expecting to kayak in single kayaks but were surprised with a tandem kayak. We made it work, but would have preferred singles. Our tour guide was pretty good as he was very educated about the islands and caves, however energy level was quite low which sometimes made the experience a little boring. Overall, I would recommend seeing the caves, especially by kayak!
